We also impart Skill training for all these creative fields. 1] Garment Contract Manufacturing [Men’s shirts / Ladies Blouse / Industrial Uniform]: - We have a 400-sewing machine, Contract Garment Manufacturing factory. We fabricate various types of garments for international clients. We employ best in the class “JUKI” machines as well as highly experienced tailors to execute the jobs. We also have a team of extremely creative Fashion Designers who take care of design visualizing and sampling. 2] Contract Computerized Embroidery [Wedding Gowns/Home Textiles/Garments]: - We have one of the most professionally managed computerized embroidery job work service in central India, been in this business for the last 18 years having highly trained digitizing experts and machine operators, giving timely and error free services. We have 172 heads of the most advanced, multi head machines from "SWF", Korea, having attachments like CORDING, SEQUIN, CHENNILE. We are capable to handle both fabric as well as Garment cut piece [Framing system].

  2. 3] Embroidery Digitizing: - Our USP is LOW PRICING, FAST TURN AROUND TIME & SEW OUT FACILITY. We specialize in LOGOS for Left Chest, Cap, Visor, Cap Back, 3D Puff, Color Blending, Applique, Jacket Back, Chenille, Sequin, and Cording. We have 10 workstations with legal software, expert digitizers with vast experience; the turnaround time is less than 24 hours. Our fastest turnaround time is 2 hours [even lesser depending upon the job]. We daily execute logos for clients in Boston, Denver, Framingham etc., as we have package deal contracts with them. We are strongest at detailing and finish. Our clients love to work with us as we add an extra effort with different digitizing ideas to enhance the logo. We charge flat Rates [no stitch count]. We assure u that ur idea/job/assignment is in experienced & able hands. 4]Skill Training: - Our skill training institute is managed by persons who have been instrumental in introducing & bringing Computerized Embroidery Facility in Nagpur’s Garment Manufacturing Scene, having a vast experience of more than 18 years. Every year thousands of fashion designing professionals are graduating and are unable to get employed due to lack of skill training and also absence of major players in garment manufacturing in Nagpur.
