  1. Primary Antibodies Creative Diagnostics offers thousands of monoclonal/polyclonal antibodies and conjugates validated for use in a variety of common applications including WB, FC, IHC, ICC, IF, IP, and more. Monoclonal or Polyclonal antibody? It is a question to many researchers. In fact, both Monoclonal and Polyclonal antibodies have their own advantages when it comes to different applications. Monoclonal antibodies are highly specific in detecting single epitopes and thus decrease background noise and cross-reactivity, which also makes them invaluable when using multiple antibodies simultaneously (such as detecting two proteins in FACS at the same time). Whereas Polyclonal antibodies, which recognize multiple epitopes, give stronger signals in Western Blot, immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation. The detection can be robust and less sensitive to antigen changes. Having trouble choosing primary antibodies? Please feel free to contact us. Our scientists are pleased to recommend the right one for you! Featured Products

Learn more > IHC/Pathology Antibodies Creative Diagnostics offers high quality pathology recombinant monoclonal antibodies ... Learn more > Technical Platform MPAT™ Platform for Multi-spanner Antibodies Given the importance of membrane protein targets (multi-spanner), private and academic laboratories have tried numerous approaches to raise antibodies against them. The most common way of generating these antibodies is immunization with whole cells over-expressing the target protein. This allows membrane protein targets to be displayed in their native conformation without mechanical or detergent disruption ... IHC-Positive Hybridoma Screening To have antibodies for IHC is tricky. We perform hybridoma screening with IHC [as well as ICC] using paraffin-embedded slides (but not cryosections) or tissue microarrays at extra charges. Customer may provide the slides or Tissue Arrays; otherwise, we may procure the slides or arrays at customers’ expense. In IHC, it is not easy to know the specificity of the antibodies, since a perfect control is usually not available, except in ...
