  4. Game Rules • 10 Aug 2019 • Dress Code: Business Attire (Blazar or Tie is optional) • Each team can have a maximum of 5 (five) players or a Minimum of 4 (four) players. • 30 participating teams will be divided into 3 groups with 10 teams in each group based on onsite balloting. • If one University has more than one team, the other team(s) will be assigned to different group(s). • Each team will have 40 seconds in the opening ceremony to introduce its team & members, university, country, slogan, and objective in joining the competition. • Competition format: • Semi-Final (Round 1 - morning) • Difficulty level: Middle • Percentage of total score: 35% • 100% of the scoring matrix will be split into different rubrics. All the configuration, rubrics and scoring matrix will be given on Aug 01. • Semi-Final (Round 2) • Difficulty level: High • Percentage of total score: 65% • 100% of the scoring matrix will be split into different rubrics. The scoring matrix will be determined by onsite balloting. Configuration, Net Profit and Profit Margin will be given on Aug 01 in advance. • Qualification to Grand Final • 10 teams will be shortlisted to the Grand Final round, and 20 teams to the Adventure round. • Hosting University (PolyU) is guaranteed a spot in the Grand Final round. • 2 PolyU teams will be assigned to two groups. The highest score PolyU team among the two groups will be given a spot FIRST in the Grand Final round. • The top 3 teams from each group along with the highest score PolyU team will advance to the Grand Final round. • Those do not make it (20 teams) to the Grand Final round will participate in the Adventure round.

Game Rules • 11 Aug 2019 • Dress Code: Business Attire (Blazar or Tie is optional) • Each Team can have a maximum 5 (five) players or a Minimum of 4 (four) players. • 10 teams to compete in the Grand final round, and 20 teams to battle it out in the Adventure round. • Competition format: • Grand Final Round • Difficulty level: High • Percentage of total score in the Grand Final competition: 80% • Configuration, Net Profit and Profit Margin will be given at the end of the first day competition) • The rest of the scoring matrix will be split into different rubrics -- determined by onsite balloting. • Percentage of total score by judges in the Grand Final presentation: 20% -- teams need to work out the presentation file onsite right after the Grand Final round within a 2-hour time frame. • Judging Criteria (4% on each of the following): • Strategy and execution • Ability to respond to judge question • Crisis handling adaption • Coordination & execution • Presentation • Adventure Round • Difficulty level: High • Percentage of total score: 100% • Configuration and scoring matrix are same as Grand Final Group

Game Rules • Each player can only use one device in the competition. • Mobile phone must be set to silence mode. • Mobile phone call is not allowed. • Always keep your voice low. • Remote connection/participation is not allowed. • Calculator is allowed. • Split screen is allowed. • Please bring along a power adaptor. • Award • Grand Final Group: Grand Final Champion, Grand Final 1ST Runner Up and Grand Final 2nd Runner up. • Adventure Group: Adventure Champion, Adventure 1ST Runner Up and Adventure 2nd Runner up. • Team Engagement Award will be given to 2 teams who present the best in engaging in the entire competition. • Trophies, Medals will be given to winners and Certificate of Participation will be awarded to all players.
