Air Ejectors

Air Ejectors are based on the ejector-venturi principal and operate by passing motive air or gas through an expanding nozzle. The nozzle provides controlled expansion of the motive gas to convert pressure in to velocity which creates a vacuum with in the body chamber to draw in and entrain gases or vapours.   2. Power to Gas is the process of converting surplus renewable energy into hydrogen gas by rapid response electrolysis and its subsequent injection into the gas distribution network. Power to Gas allows for the storage of significant amounts of energy and the provision of CO2 neutral fuels in the form of the resulting renewable energy gas mix of hydrogen and methane. The hydrogen produced is injected into the natural gas system to displace natural gas, so reducing greenhouse gas emissions and reliance upon fuel imports. If the power is derived mainly from renewable power sources, only low-carbon hydrogen will be produced. Crystaltcs Technology Flare Gas Recovery system collects process gases from the flare header, before those gases reach the flare. It then compresses the gases and allows them to be reused with the facility’s fuel system. Crystaltcs, FlareGas Recovery systems are tailored to meet the unique requirements of each customer. Systems are sized based on anticipated flare gas composition and flow rates. System components are mostly skid mounted for ease of installation. The FGR system is the compressor unit. Crystaltcs Technologies utilizes liquid ring compressors as the preferred compression mode but can offer additional compressor types depending on project application.
