  12. AADHAR RECORDS TO BE CORRECTED BY THE STATE • For all the rejected data records under Aadhar demo-authentication, a facility has been opened for the states. • This gives the PM-KISAN team at state level an option to edit the Farmer name.

  13. PHYSICAL VERIFICATION Both eligibility and complete coverage to be checked. • List of beneficiaries to be properly displayed in every Gram Panchayat. • List of villages covering 2.5% beneficiaries have been sent, rest by states. District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee (DISHA) to be activated. • State level committee chaired by State Nodal Officer with members from State Agriculture/Revenue Department.

PORTAL FOR PUBLIC ACCESS • The PM-KISAN portal will provide access to individual beneficiary for: • Correction of Beneficiary name in case of rejection due to failure of Aadhar authentication. • Status update of payments for the specific beneficiary • Self-registration of beneficiary under PM-KISAN scheme This facility will also be provided at Common Service Centers .

SALIENT PROVISIONS OF PM-KMY CSCs Portal LIC Pension Fund • Common Service Centers (CSC) enrolment carried out with administrative charge of Rs.30/- per enrolment. • LIC is the fund manager and matching contribution is given by Government. • Option for farmer to allow deduction of contribution from PM-KISAN benefit. • Option is available with State Government to share burden of individual’s contribution. • SNOs can enroll farmers both under online and offline mode by uploading the scanned copy of mandate-cum-consent form from the farmers. • Administrative charges provided to the state department will be 20 rupees for every registration. • CSC SPV will share the 20 rupees and take the remaining 10 rupees for each registration.
