[ PROCEDURE ] Design a single PowerPoint slide collage to visually represent your goals in each of the following categories: • Monogram: Initials or full name • Opportunities: Academic; Personal; College; Career; Sports/Activity • Mentor: Who do you look to for guidance? Who is where you want to be in life? • Expectations: 2 goals (make them S.M.A.R.T. - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) • New Adventures: Bucket list items or something you want to try this year • Thoughts: Inspirational Quote (include who said it) [ FINAL STEP ] • Please EMAIL (PowerPoint slide as attachment) or SHARE (Google Slide) with me at hvandyke@LCPS.org • Begin to prepare how you will present your MOMENT Vision Board to the class • Class presentations will be next class Tues, 9/11 & Wed, 9/12
