  2. Introducción • A continuación presentamos las conclusiones de un trabajo de investigación realizado por Ipsos Mora y Araujo. Se realizaron mediciones entre : • Líderes de opinión/ decisores de categoría intermedia (101 casos): gerentes de empresas grandes, miembros del Poder Ejecutivo (subsecretarios, jefes de área y asesores), miembros del Poder Legislativo Nacional y asesores, dirigentes de sindicatos y ONG´s relacionadas con la temática y periodistas. El trabajo de campo se realizó entre los días 28 de julio y 23 de agosto de 2004, entrevistando de manera personal a 101referentes. La selección de la muestra se realizó en base a los objetivos específicos del trabajo (muestra de criterio). • 2) Opinión Pública en el área metropolitana (300 casos): El trabajo de campo se realizó telefónicamente entre los días 7 y 9 de agosto de 2004, entrevistando en total a 300 argentinos, mayores de 18 años.Se trabajó con una muestra probabilística y telefónica con un margen de error estimado en 5.6% en más o en menos para un nivel de confianza del 95%.
