So far we have maintained Zero LTIFR record since inception of project.

CONDENSER TUBE PLATE DRILLING FOR BHEL BHOPAL CTQ: Condenser tube plate 40 mm MS + 8 mm SS cladding, dia 28.85 mm hole which requires Ra 3.2 finish, 11484 holes. For 770 MW super critical nuclear power plant.
TILE PLATE FOR ISRO – MARS MISSION CTQ: 10mm thin aluminum sheet where after machining of 400 pockets the final thickness left was 1mm. Also we made some 1500 holes of M1 to M2.5 . Complete plate parallelism was in 20 micron.
DOVE MACHINING FOR CALTIM CTQ: Complete spherical machining, we also had to ensure that thickness to dome should not go below 120 mm at any point.
