  3. Action Items 81 & 82 (CIDs 960 & 879) • Comments were accepted during telephone conference. Proposed resolutions states “On the intro add ‘to allow the DUT to the choose the rate and compare with fixed PHY rate.’ ” • Action items state to propose such a text. • Motion • Move to add the following text after the first sentence of 6.4.1 (page 49 line 52 of 802.11.2 D1.0) “The intention of this test is to let the DUT choose the Phy rate and compare the results with tests obtained at a fixed Phy rate” • Moved: Marc Emmelmann • Seconded: • Y/N/A: Marc Emmelmann, TU Berlin

  4. Action Item 21 (CIDs 237 & 932) • Action Item: CIDs 237 and 932 - definition of CWmin (D.2.3) not aligned with the usage of CWmin.
