  2. Personal View All students have common goal and they want to learn but they follow different paths to achieve this common goal. My view is to know the students and to make students to be independent learners. I want to teach them how to learn, not what to learn.

  3. Personal View (cont.) I see the role of the teacher as being a guide to help students discover their own paths to develop their own learning. I think myself as a learner and a teacher at the same time. My classroom will be student-centered learning environment where students actively participate in discovery learning processes.

  4. Personal View (cont) As a teacher, it is my duty to challenge and support students according to their individual strengths and needs. I want to create a comfortable learning environment based on respect instead of fear. I believe that teaching is very patient and challenging profession.

  5. Personal View I like to pre-assess students to determine individual needs. I like to help students based on what they already knew rather than ‘push’ a method. I like to provide varied opportunities for students to communicate and use their knowledge

  6. Teaching and learning(cont.) The teaching and learning environment should be relaxed and students should not feel threatened or uncomfortable. The different cultural backgrounds should be considered in learning situations. Any ideas, opinions, criticisms and suggestions from them should be taken into consideration

  7. Teaching and learning Teacher plays a key role to open new door in student life. Teacher’s inspiration, guidance, strategies, motivation, encourages supports influences change the attitude of students towards a certain goal.
