  1. ABOUT CEO-PRESIDENT Donard St Jean BIO Donard St Jean is an IT professional; a businessman and an entrepreneur living in North Miami Florida. Mr. Donard was born in Port-au-Prince Haiti and he graduated from High School in Haiti on June 1990, that same year he attended the “Faculté des Sciences Appliquées” Faculty of Applied Science to study electronic engineering. This is where Mr. St Jean started using computer for the first time around 1991 and 1992. In 1995, Mr. St Jean attended one of the most prestigious Computer School in Port-au-Prince Haiti named “ESIH” Ecole Supérieure Infotronique d’Haiti to study computer science. Nursing programs Home Health Aide(HHA) Program Description This program is designed to prepare you for employment as a home attendant or a home health aide (HHA). As a Home Health Aide, you will be able to help the disabled and those with long term illness perform activities of daily living. Our program integrates medical theory with skills- based, practical training. These courses cover the basics of infection control, domestic violence, first aid, HIV/AIDS, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, vital signs, homecare skills, client care and client safety. Upon completion of our program, you will be ready to work as a Home Health Aide and/or start the path to a nursing career. **Completion of HCW 101, 110, and 120 marks the completion of the Home Health Aide certificate and allows the student to opt for submission as a candidate for the state Home Health Exam and allows for the student to apply for the Nursing Assistant program with advanced standing. To qualify, the following admission criteria must be met: 9TH Grade or Higher Education. Passing score of at least 70 on an in-house entrance exam administered by the school just to make sure that the student can read and write English. Transcripts of previous education as required for point of program admission. Proof of routine immunizations with current titers and vaccination including measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, varicella, influenza, and hepatitis B.

  2. Level 2 state and federal criminal background check. Completed DIOT application. Completed enrollment agreement Government-issued proof of identification. Students satisfying all admission criteria will be admitted into HCW 210 Basic Healthcare Worker II course. Upon successful completion of HCW 210 with a grade of 75 or higher, the student will be awarded 75 hours for HWC 101, 110, and 120 and will be allowed to continue to matriculate trough the nursing assistant program. Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program Description This program is designed to prepare you for the State of Florida’s certification exam to become a nursing assistant and to secure employment as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Graduates of this program will be able to assist in patient care in accordance with section 400.506(6)(b) of the Regulations of the State of Florida including but not limited to observing, documenting, and reporting changes in patient condition, assisting with elimination, nutrition, transferring, positioning, and other activities of daily living. **Completion of HCW 101, 110, 120, 210, and 220 entitles the student to submission to the Florida Board of Nursing as a candidate for the Nursing Assistant certification.** Qualified Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who hold a valid credential and wish to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may apply for the Transition to Practical Nursing which provides the opportunity to receive advanced standing in the LPN program. Upon successful completion of PN 100 with a grade of 75 or higher, the student will be awarded 120 hours for HWC courses. Practical Nursing program Program Description The Practical Nursing program exposes students to a variety of classroom, clinical, and community experiences with the goal of preparing a student to become licensed and employable in acute and long-term healthcare settings caring for children, adults, and geriatric clients. Course work focuses on critical thinking, leadership, effective communication, body function and structure, pharmacology, and diseases and wellness of both the mind and body. Completion of this program confers eligibility to apply for state licensure by examination. **Completion of PN 100, 200, 120, 250, 300, 400, 500, and 550 and achieving an appropriate score on the comprehensive predictor exam necessary for satisfactory completion of the Practical Nurse program makes the student eligible to apply to the Florida Board of Nursing as a candidate for the Practical Nursing licensure exam.** Qualified Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who hold a valid credential and wish to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may apply for the Transition to Practical Nursing which provides the opportunity to receive advanced standing in the LPN program. Upon successful completion of PN 100 with a grade of 75 or higher, the student will be awarded 120 hours for HWC courses.

Professional Nursing program Program Description The Professional Nursing program provides a pathway for practical nurses to become professional nurses and exposes students to a variety of classroom, clinical, and community experiences with the goal of preparing a student to become licensed and employable in acute and long-term healthcare settings caring for children, adults, and geriatric clients in addition to serving as transformational leaders in those environments. Course work focuses on critical thinking, leadership, effective communication, body function and structure, pharmacology, and diseases and wellness of both the mind and body. Completion of this program confers eligibility to apply for state licensure by examination. Professional Nursing is an associate of science in nursing (ADN) designed for qualified students who wish to become registered professional nurses. The program is 18 months in length and is in a hybrid format.
