How can our products increase your production? • Guaranteed Issue – year in and year out during annual open enrollment for short-term disability, long-term disability and accident • Issue age rates • No minimum % participation on most plans • Very few ineligible industries • Quick and easy proposal process They offer better coverage and lower cost than traditional worksite carriers.

Cutting Edge Disability Products • Guaranteed Issue with no minimum participation requirement – 2 year benefit duration on LTD • Issue age rated -- Rates are locked in for employees that change age bands • Future benefit increases are at employee’s original issue age Guaranteed Issueat each annual enrollment regardless of hire date.

  5. Voluntary Group Term Life and AD&D • Minimum participation – greater of 6 or 20% of eligible employees • Accelerated benefit up to 80% to a maximum of $250,000 • Waiver of premium • AD&D – both employee and family coverage available Guaranteed Issue for employee, spouse, and children

Employee Life Option – Whole Life • Dependents can be insured without employee coverage - GI • Money purchase of $2 - $25 per week • Individual guaranteed renewable and portable • Guaranteed cash value and paid-up options • Catastrophic Loss Rider available in some states Guaranteed Issue for employee, spouse, dependent children and grandchildren

Employee Critical Illness Option • Guaranteed issue for groups of 100 or more eligible employees • Lump sum benefit for cancer, heart attack, stroke, major organ transplant, renal failure and more • Reoccurrence and additional occurrence benefits paid • $50 wellness benefit for health screening • Children covered at 25% of employee coverage at no additional cost Simplified Issue with only three health questions. Unlimited lifetime maximum
