  14. Magical LAPD – Plans for 2014 (Q1&Q2) • COPs in all areas. • Area 3 and Area 7 already planning a COP at Area AGM. • All areas to have an Area LAPD convenor. • LAPD team groups will be created. • ACPs to urge individual circles to appoint an LAPD convenor.

Magical LAPD – Plans for the year • Encourage circles to continue with 2 minute talk given the great responses • HRD/LAPD theme in every quarter. • 3 activities related to the theme, which can be conducted at a business meeting will be rolled out at the beginning of the quarter. • Every month, a fun filled game/activity will be emailed out that can be conducted at meetings/fellowships.
