  1. Double H B House Designs The Reliable choice.

  2. Why We Are The Reliable Choice We have had extra-awesome schooling with all of us experiencing extra curriculum math associations (math club ). We also exceed all clients expectations.

  3. Clients Expectations

  4. Budget Our client’s combined income is $120,000 a year. The bank will loan them up to 28% of there income. I calculated their max. loan amount is $380,800.

  5. Style and Grade of House For our clients we built an above average, single family 2-3 story home. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an in ground pool, a fireplace, yard fencing, and central air conditioning.

  6. Square foot Our total square footage is 2,349 sq. feet. Each sq. foot is 100 dollars so 100 x 2,349 = $234,900 + 37,685 for extras so the total cost for construction is $276,987.

  7. Final Expense Summary

  8. Building Codes Every community has building codes, here a few of ours. • All rooms, excluding bathrooms, must total at least 100 sq. feet. No side can be less than 5 feet long. Combination rooms must total at least 100 sq. feet. • Hallways and stairs must be at least 3 feet wide. • All rooms must have 2 exits. One must be a door, but the other can be a door or a window. • Basements are not considered a living area unless it is a finished bedroom or rec. room.

  9. Floor Plan To see the exterior of our house, click here.

  10. Our Interior We chose are carpet due to the ratio of small children who tend get messy so the mud or something will blend in with the carpet. Are paint is plain but satisfying as it is white. The furniture is quite expensive and beautiful. There is little decoration we are letting the clients do what they want.

  11. The Unique Features of Our House • Numi (A remote controlled toilet) • 64” television.
