  3. Purpose of Surveys • The purpose of the surveys is to collect useful information regarding the current practices in areas such as which sources are used to access data from: • Clinical Trials • EHRs • Genetics • Safety

Types of Surveys • Linked2Safety for “Beginners” We would like to see if you would be interested in having access to a centralized database, which would be able to provide combined information of various types of data. • Linked2Safety for “Familiarized Users” • We would like to find out more about your understanding and thoughts on the project and its potentials.

Information Collected • Demographics • Data sources currently used • Type of software used • Understanding the L2S characteristics • Interest in sharing data with other stakeholders • Evaluate the potential of the L2S project • How to enjoy the benefits of the L2S • Comment /Suggestions/ Feedback

  6. Current Status of Surveys • The surveys have been available from October 16th 2012 • The initial planned duration is 2 months* • *an extension may occur based on the survey results • To collect responses from participants within EU countries • Some preliminary results analyzed
