  2. Definitionof MeemSakinah MeemSakinah: is the letter meem ( م ) that is free from any vowel, and which has a fixed sukoon when stopping and continuing reading. Found in: nouns, verbsand particles, in the middle or end of the word. For example: الْحَمْدُ عَلَيهِمْ
