貝氏刷牙法. 準備工具 牙刷、小鏡子. 牙刷正確拿法 拇指前伸. 牙刷與牙齒的位置成 45 度角 刷毛放在牙齒與牙齦交接的地方. 刷牙順序口訣 -- 右邊開始，右邊結束. 兩顆兩顆牙前後來回刷十次 不要太用力. 牙齒表面刷法. 靠近臼齒的牙齒內側. 刷毛垂直放在咬合面 也是兩顆兩顆來回刷. 門牙及附近牙齒內側 使用牙刷毛前端來回刷. 刷牙完記得刷洗舌頭. 刷右邊舌側用左手會較順手. 記得對著鏡子刷牙 才會乾淨喔. 好啦！看完影片我們要開始練習囉！. 加油！加油！.
