WHAT’S CoMRA’s ROLE? • RVP’s work with AD and Chapters • Regional Activities – ROC meetings, PDC’s • Training and Development • Assisting with needs and questions • Guiding chapters in meeting Society requirements • CoMRA Committees • Work on specific objectives set by CoMRA • Tackle projects that improve the things that Chapters do • Make recommendations to CoMRA

WHAT Are CoMRA’s Goals? • Guiding Chapters in Meeting Member Needs • Assist Chapters in understanding member needs • Provide guidance as to how chapters can best execute their functions • Identify when Chapters are struggling and provide assistance sooner • Making Things Better for Chapter Leaders • Remove unnecessary burdens where we can • Be inclusive, clear and concise with our communications • Make it easier to be a Chapter leader • Provide tools and training that benefits you
