Distribution Center in Henrietta • Determine the Current Capacity of Distribution Center • Provide a Computer Based Tool to help Determine Capacity • Provide CooperVision with Process Improvements • Focus will be on the Picking and Packing Areas

Key Challenges • Time at customer site will be limited • CooperVision works with a highly fluctuating demand • High number of Stock-Keeping Units (SKUs)‏ • Looking at the middle of the system makes it difficult to create pull (optimizing part, not whole) • The need to make large assumptions • Potential expansion in the scope of the project by customer
