Necklace and bracelet SAMPLE IAAP Memphis ChapterSpring Cleaning – White Elephant EventMonday, March 10, 2014 Start your Spring Cleaning a bit early … check your closets … your “gift stash” for new or very gently used items that you no longer need and donate a couple of items for the event … please! Bring to the meeting on March 10 and give to event chair, Jane Bratton, for display BUY tickets: $1 each or 6 for $5. NO LIMIT on how many tickets attendees may purchase. At the end of the meeting, tickets will be drawn. Holder of first ticket drawn has first choice of all items on display; holder of second ticket drawn has second choice and so on until all items are claimed. NO LIMIT on how many items you may claim. If you purchase 25 tickets and your numbers are called MULTIPLE times, you are the lucky one!! Those who claim items must be present to win – or at least the ticket must be on hand and matched to the stub drawn. Members who need to leave early may pass their tickets to someone else and the two can arrange how items will be delivered. This will not be the responsibility of the event chair or committee members.
