Perdue School of Business • Providing the appropriate skills & attitudes in order to be successful in the 21st century business world. • Integration of the new technologies in daily work patterns • Engagement of faculty member in a continuous program of professional development and renewal. • Every faculty member will take advantage of opportunities to enhance their instruction, student achievement and innovation, and be accessible to their students.

Summary of Goal Strengthen Graduate programs Increase internships and research Focus on student learning Connection to PSOB PSOB 1 and SSU A focus on student learning through applied situations Strive to increase learning opportunities for all level of students. SSU Goal A: To maintain a vibrant, intellectually engaged, educationally purposeful community of learning

Summary of Goal Proactive recruitment and selection Monitor and meet student needs Career enrichment services offered Leadership skills development Connection to PSOB PSOB 1 and SSU B Try to asses the students’ needs in various areas in order to meet them and keep the student the focus of university activities. SSU Goal B: To provide a student-centered campus that holds all aspects of the student experience as focal

Summary of Goal Maximize classroom resources Integrate library Support staff Attract private endowments, funds, scholarships, etc. Connection to PSOB PSOB 1 and SSU E By increasing resources, the learning environment will be enhanced in all aspects giving students more learning opportunities. SSU Goal E: To strengthen the university's human, learning, physical and fiscal resources

Perdue School of Business • Educate students in international language & culture in partnership, and to participate in structured global experiences. • Facilitate short & long term visits by international students, interns, scholars, & executives. • Participate in & facilitate linking of local business with other sources of global business assistance. • We will be the key participant /collaborator in overall globalization efforts at SSU.

GOAL C: To continue to be active partners in responding to the educational, economic, cultural and social needs of the region
