  2. David Silipigno is a proficient entrepreneur residing in Saratoga Springs. His first business project was a company based on call center deals. The company was called National Finance Corp. (NFC). It became successful in a very short span as it created plenty of job opportunities for the people of Saratoga County.

He was the founder and/or lead consultant to five area businesses including First Guarantee Mortgage, Industry Partners Title, Saratoga Studios, Saratoga Venture Capital and The Principal Commercial. In 2009, he turned producer with a horror movie "The Skeptic".

Apart from this, David Silipigno has been teaching mortgage business very successfully to thousand of people.
