  3. To Access the QuickQuote System Each agent registered with Angel Underwriting will have a unique user name and password Each broker within the agency will have a unique security question to answer which will identify them personally CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE

  4. Broker’s Risk Centre Stores all details of the agents activity in easy to navigate tabs: Bindable: quotes ready to bind Bound: bound risks Being Entered: All individual risks are visible in summary Or can be expanded to view all quotes in detail CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE

  5. Enter a New Quote Click “New Risk” Fill in the Risk Detail screen Select the product you want a quote for from the list of available products And click Next CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE

  6. The Pricing Matrix Available cover for the selected product Select the cover you require and the limit of liability needed Details of the coverage, limits, options and price CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE

  7. The Quote Summary You can add up to three quotes Details of all the quotes in the quote set To change one of the options, remove a quote and start again Click Next to continue CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE

Statements of Fact The statements are blocked together to reflect the coverage options If one or more of the statements are false the statements will be shown individually Each coverage part has it’s own set of statements (statements will not appear for coverage parts not required) CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE

  9. Risk Centre - Quote Summary Once quote process completed you return to the Risk Centre The quote set just completed is expanded Detailed, expanded view of all three quotes in the set CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE

Risk Centre - Quote Referral CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE If the agent is not comfortable with some part of the quote he can refer it to an Underwriter A free text pop up box will appear allowing the agent to write a message to the Underwriter of his choice Once an agent has referred a quote to an Underwriter he is not able to do anything (except view the documents) until it has been returned by the Underwriter. The quote will be moved to the “Awaiting U/W” tab. Once returned it will appear in the “Returned from U/W” tab and the “Bindable” tab

Risk Centre – Other Capabilities A summary document with all the quotes can be viewed by clicking here To mark all the quotes NTU and create a new set click here To mark all the quotes NTU click here Specific quote documents for each quote can be viewed by clicking here Click here to email the quote set to yourself or a colleague Click on “Bind” to confirm cover Click here to chat to an expert online CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE

Binding Cover Having clicked bind you can check you have selected the correct quote by viewing the quote documents Change the inception date (you cannot back date inception nor move it forward by more than 30 days) You must then confirm the client has accepted cover and there are no material changes then click “Next” CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE

Interest free Direct Debit Angel will despatch a paper policy where the agent specifically asks for one An interest free Direct Debit premium payment facility is available if required Payments can be monthly or one annual payment will be taken depending on the frequency selected here CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE

  14. Bound Policies All bound policies can be viewed in the “Bound” tab To view any policy documents click here All bound policy documents appear in a pop up window as Adobe documents To email any policy documents to yourself or a colleague click here CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE

  15. Finding a Quote or Bound Risk Use the “Find Risk” tab to locate any entry whether being entered, quoted, bound or NTU’d Each column can be used to search or filter. Select the criteria by clicking the key symbol you will be offered six search choices Having selected “Contains” you can now start to type any part of the name and only entries containing those characters will be shown You can use this search facility wherever the key symbol is shown in any screen CLICK FOR NEXT SLIDE
