  6. Sport Leadership… • The general consensus is that they are made….what are they made up of? “Great leaders are not born, they are made. Which explains why so many have a screw loose!”

  8. Sport Leadership… • So what makes a bad leader? Fear of change Too bossy Lack of empathy Too willing to compromise Wishy-washy Poor judge of character Lack of balance Lack of humility Leadership experience? I have 13 people following me on Twitter.

Sport Leadership… Honest, believe in equity, hate conflict, expressive face, make decisions rapidly, loyal, nothing is not a possibility, happy to do and then say sorry, happy to say sorry, female, foreign, tall, sarcastic, sense of humour, sense of the ridiculous, excellent memory, understand the ‘boy’s club, can function well after a late night, healthy, good at admin, very good with the ‘big picture’, happy to let others take credit…when it doesn’t matter…….
