  3. First week – negotiations under the AWGs Second week: ministers arrive. Parallel negotiation at negotiator and ministerial level High-level segment/ Summit Wednesday morning – change of COP Presidency. Connie Hegegaard announces Danish text will be tabled Long delay of opening of HLS because of points of order regarding the tabling of the Danish text, before the AWG-LCA chair was even able to report on the outcome of the negotiations (mainly from BASIC countries, but also ALBA) At Copenhagen (I)
