  8. Louisiana State CouncilSTATE OFFICE Significant changes implemented at the State Office. • The State Office Building in Lafayette has been leased to the Dean Insurance Agency.

Louisiana State CouncilSTATE OFFICE • State Office Services and Responsibilities have been reduced • Meetings with the State Administrator will be by appointment only • Staff reduced to State Administrator on Retainer with support Clerical Support on an as-needed basis • Reductions in printed materials are being implemented • Streamlining of process where possible

  22. Q: What is a Prospecting Landing Page? • A digital version of a prospect card with a few extras • First – allows you to follow up with prospect immediately! Create your page atinfo.kofc.org/pagerequest

Q: What is a Prospecting Landing Page? • Second – they will automatically start receiving emails with info about who the Knights are and what we do. • Finally – allows online membership team to track what prospects are interested in and clicking on.   24. Prospecting for New Members • Supreme will build a custom Prospecting Landing Page for your council that can be used on a phone, tablet, or computer. Create your page atinfo.kofc.org/pagerequest

  25. Council fills in information and clicks submit. Q: How do I get a custom Prospecting Landing Page for my council? Supreme will contact you in 2-3 business days. Create your page atinfo.kofc.org/pagerequest

  26. Fill in prospect’s first name, last name, and email address. Optionally include his phone number and city. Click submit. Q: How does our Prospecting Landing Page work? Create your page atinfo.kofc.org/pagerequest

  27. Prospect receives auto-generated email through Supreme’s marketing software called Marketo. Supreme will send weekly emails with info about the Order and how to join.

  28. Q: Will my council receive the prospective member’s contact info? • Yes. • Be sure to include the email address of the designated council member (membership director or grand knight) when setting up the landing page. Create your page atinfo.kofc.org/pagerequest
