  2. If you are planning build a collection of antique coins of India from the colonial period, there are several categories that can be considered. • The Dutch East India Company issued tin coins of the denomination Bazruk, featuring a VOC monogram on the obverse and a Cauri shell on the reverse.

  3. Antique Indian coins issued by the Danish East India Company can be segregated based on their rulers. For example Christian IV issued lead coins of the denomination cash featuring the company's monogram. • The French East India Company issued antique Indian coins in the name of Ahmad Shah Bahadur of the denomination 1 rupee in Silver.
