Pray for My Dad Yvonne and I began praying in February 2008. We asked the LORD to move us to the West Coast in order to be close to family. He in is His mysterious ways first moved Justin and Breanna to LA from MI in 2008. Then, He moved Kristin and Dustin to Emeryville from Indiana in 2009. Finally, He moved Yvonne and me to San Francisco this year. It was not the plan that we would have constructed but He knew best. We have arrived in time to spend some quality time with my dad who is fighting his second battle with cancer. This time the cancer is winning. Please pray that he will be certain of his relationship with Jesus Christ during these days of discomfort and pain. • Prayer Requests • We want everyone who comes to Sunset Church to arrive with an expectant heart of what God will do. • While the economic climate of SF is poor, especially for educators, we are asking God for an excellent job for Yvonne. • I am asking God to reveal to me the men that He wants me to disciple into a deeper walk with Christ.
