Following the cusp of each New Year, the CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) conducts a 5-Star evaluation for every healthcare provider in the country. A single star reflects below average healthcare services, while a perfect 5-Star rating is awarded to establishments whose medical services soar above average. We at Deer Meadows Home & Health Services LLC have kept persistent with a 5-Star rating every year. This year we are proud to announce that the CMS has again recognized our above and beyond services, and has awarded us with 5-STARS!

To help aid families in medical need find the best healthcare provider, the CMS diligently measures three facets that prove dire for efficient medical services; Health Inspections, Staffing, and Quality Measures. Health inspections reflect 3 years of onsite inspections, also adding all standard and complaint surveys. Every year, highly trained onsite inspectors review over 180,000 establishments nationally; scoring accordingly. This is one of the toughest inspections in the country, and without dedication and persistence, getting a 5-Star rating would prove futile. Staffing is an evaluation of efficient staffing needs. To place this into a clearer perspective, each healthcare establishment requires different amounts of hours of care—depending patient numbers and the severity of medical conditions. Our staffing requirements did not just please the CMS, but exceeded their expectations altogether. Finally, the last area of evaluation is Quality Measure. This rating revolves around the quality of medical services being provided to patients. Over 12-million assessments are held annually, and ratings reflect how well medical care is being presented; both mental and physical treatment for patients.
