  5. 執行方式 • 透過鄰里長與社福團體登記確認獨居老人住所與扶助注意事項. • 成立網路上Facebook分享每個獨居老人的故事,徵求同學與社會人士組成義工團體 • 安排時間每周進行拜訪與提供便當,並與獨居老人互動聊天. • 將每次互動之內容照片分享至FB,吸引更多人關注獨居老人議題 • 於社課進行成果發表
