  2. Outline • Guidelines for completing Problem Set 3 and for your Advanced Lecture proposal. • Interests each of you expressed for your Project and Advanced Lecture.

  3. Problem Set 3 (Part A) Due Wednesday, Oct 3rd in class Part A: Refine Problem set 3 slide presentation: • Pass your PS 3 slides to two other class members. • Provide detailed feedback by Monday. • Write at least 3 positive things. • Write at least 3 areas to be improved. • Be as specific and constructive as possible. • For Wednesday write plan to improve slides AND make these improvements to your original slides. • Turn in first and second round of slides on Wednesday.

  4. Problem Set 3 (Part B) Due Wednesday, Oct 3rd in class Write proposal for 45 minute advanced lecture, tutorial article and demo. Include the following: • Team members and division of labor. • One to two focus paper(s). • Abstract for lecture you will give. • Outline of tutorial article • Background references for tutorial article • Plan for demonstration (only if your in a team of 3). Office Hrs to discuss topics: • Thursday: 3-4:00 AI Lab, NE43-838 • Tuesday: 4:00-5:00 Space Systems Lab, 37-381
