This manual proposes a structure for collecting and analyzing statistics on energy consumption in households, covering topics such as fuel poverty, energy indicators, and EU energy efficiency policies. It also addresses issues of overlap between chapters and suggests merging them for better organization. The manual aims to provide guidance to researchers and policymakers in the field of energy consumption in households.

Thoughts and points for discuss about Manual’s contents • Are we forgetting to talk about something?, for example: • We have a chapter focused on fuel-poverty, OK, but, • Is it necessary a chapter in the Manual where to develop its application in energy indicators and/or monitoring of EU energy efficiency policies? • There are overlap between different chapters: • Chapter 2 and 3, • Chapter 3 and 4, • Chapter 5 and 13, • Chapter 5b and 7, • Chapter 5c and 6, • Chapter 6 and 8, • We propose to discuss the possibility of integrating the chapters • with overlap (totally or partially) in a single folder. • Additionally, there are a lot of chapters in the actual version of Manual • We propose to merge individual chapters in a maximum of 6 large • chapters. 3 Mesh project: Production of a Manual for Statistics on Energy Consumption in Households
