TIME BETWEEN SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE CAN ALSO BE MINIMIZED VIA THE USE OF HIGHLY ADVANCED/IMPROVED TIRE/UNDERCARRIAGE TECHNOLOGY, VIA THE USE OF THE LATEST AND MOST ADVANCED SHOP MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES, AND VIA THE MOST ADVANCED ROAD MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES DEVELOPED BY WORLD RENOWN EXPERTS THAT HAVE IMPLEMENTED THESE TECHNIQUES IN THE LARGEST MINES IN THE WORLD, AUSTRALIA. UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE CAN BE SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED VIA IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RELIABILITY OF THE COOLING SYSTEM (FAN, PUMP, RADIATOR, COOLANT & HOSES), THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM (PUMPS, HYD. This ultra filtration system removes water, soot and metallic contaminants. • Lubricant life is also limited by the TBN and TAN #s, we propose the use of onboard continuous monitoring analyzers in order to know the exact moment when these levels change from acceptable to unacceptable levels.

By treating these products before they get into the equipment we are insuring a decrease of unscheduled maintenance. • Once equipment gets to the shop it needs to be out as fast as possible – we have access to world class fluid dispensing equipment specialized in getting the job done as fast as possible. • Oil analyzers, viscosity, oil in water and water in oil analyzers are key to getting quick results and getting equipment out the door so that the equipment is mostly working and not at the shop.
