  1. Third Party Services Ordering Last Updated: March 9, 2010

  2. Set Up To use Third Party Services Ordering with JEK, you should have a user id established for the JE Kelleher web site. If you do not, a JE Kelleher CSR will contact you to set one up upon your first order placement through AtlasNet.

  3. Placing an Order To place an order for 3rd party services, click the “3rd Pty” link.

  4. Placing an Order When originally placing an order there will be a link called “Place Order”. Click on the “Place Order” link to access the 3rd Party Services screen.

  5. Placing an Order • The Third Party Services page displays a combination of shipment data from Dispatch, and fields from the provider that need to be filled out to place an order.

  6. Placing an Order • Select a value from Bill To in order to indicate who the provider will bill.

  7. Placing an Order • The middle section of the page primarily displays shipment information from Dispatch. • On both Contact Info tabs be sure to select a Primary Type and Secondary Type if a Primary Phone and Secondary Phone exist.

  8. Placing an Order • The Origin Address and Destination Address tabs display address information from Dispatch. • If you are missing address information, close this page, update Edit Shipment, and re-open this page.

  9. Placing an Order • The Dates tabs display the agreed dates at origin and destination from Dispatch, as well as the origin pack dates if they exist.

  10. Placing an Order • The OriginServices tab contains a list of origin services that the provider offers. • The Requested Service Dates pull from the agreed pickup dates on Edit Shipment. You can modify them if necessary.

  11. Placing an Order • Next, select a service by clicking it on the left list box, and clicking the >> button. • Note that you can select multiple services at once by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking multiple entries.

  12. Placing an Order • Also note that you can order the same service more than once. In this example, there are two instances of “Icemaker Disconnect”. • The selected services will appear on the list box on the right. There you can mark them as COD, or click Remove to remove them.

  13. Placing an Order • The Destination Services tab works the same way as the Origin Services tab.

Placing an Order • Use the Crates tab to enter crating services information. • Click Add Crate to see a new blank row. • Click Remove to remove a crate record from the list. • JEK Crates are slat style unless the following options are selected: • Plywood - JEK will setup solid crates • Bugwood – JEK will setup crates using International Style crates

  15. Placing an Order • The Notes tab let’s you submit notes to the provider that apply to the origin or the destination. • Click Add Note to see a blank row. • Click Remove to remove a row.

  16. Placing an Order • Click Place Order when you’re ready to submit your order.

  17. Placing an Order • When an order is successfully placed, the page will close and take you back to Third Party Services Summary. • Notice the Order Number that was returned from the provider’s system. • Click the Order Number to view your order.

  18. Viewing an Order Processed with Pricing • This is what you might see when viewing the order on JE Kelleher’s site. Waiting to be Processed

  19. Placing an Order • When you refresh Edit Shipment, the 3rd Pty checkbox will be checked if an order has been placed with a provider.
