  5. PurposeEphesians 4: 12, 13 • To prepare (equip) God’s people for action • So that the Body of Christ may be built up • Until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God • Become mature - Christlike

  6. From Him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love as each part does its work v.16

  7. “There are different kinds of gifts but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working but the same God works all of them in us.” I Corinthians 12:4-6

  8. Evangelism  1. To initiate gospel sharing e.g. Alpha, Mandarin stuff, local neighbourhood outreach, seniors, families, students, Mainly Music, through the ACPC web site 2. To instigate activities which we can use to share the gospel 3. Train people in gospel sharing Contact: Kathy Yuen

  9. Pastoral Care 1. To organise a facility whereby people in need are cared for i.e. how do we know about them, who takes care of them, prayer for them, one to one accountability 2. To encourage prayer among our members 3. To provide counselling where needed 4. To organise social outings / events for building the ACPC community 5. To help people with raising families 6. To provide marriage preparation and building for members 7. Stimulate love and concern at all levels e.g. seniors, families, etc Contact: Glenda Choy

  10. Equipping / Education 1. To coordinate the home groups 2. To instigate leadership training 3. To develop preaching capacity 4. To encourage and grow the youth ministry 5. To encourage and grow the ministry to children and families 6. To ensure baptism classes happen 7. To stimulate equipping/education at all levels e.g. seniors, families Contact: Albert Ko or Marty Bing

  11. Administration 1. To organise rosters, allocate responsibilities and communicate who is supposed to be doing what e.g. worship programme 2. To liaise with the Building Committee/Property Manager regarding the physical requirements and suggestions from the English congregation in relation to the church building.  3. To welcome newcomers & make sure they are connected to someone during morning tea 4. To make sure our communication is excellent e.g. website, newsletters, signage, advertising 5. Liaise with church treasurer with regard to financial needs of the English congregation. Contact: Jean Wong
