Overview • Launched to the public internet May 14, 2010. • One of EPA’s “Greenversations” • Intended to support the Mid Atlantic Region’s Healthy Waters priority, developed in response to the 2007 NAPA report “Next Generation of Water Protection”. • Utilizes the open-government idea of “crowd-sourcing” to enable more transparency and public participation in Healthy Waters sector team activities.
