CASE OF THE MONTH • HISTORY: • 6 month old Quarter Horse filly with a history of head trauma 5 days ago • Neurologically normal prior to the trauma • The day after the trauma, the filly was stiff and developed a head tilt to the right. She was also significantly ataxic in the rear limbs. Neurologic signs have progressed over the last 24 hours. • Radiographs of the cervical spine were obtained
