  2. A Senior Vice President At OptumCare From February 2018 to January 2019, Dennis Fine served as a Senior Vice President at OptumCare (Physician Group Operations). Dennis worked with multiple practices nationally, helping the group develop strategies such as shifting from fee for service to fee for value, including other risk-based arrangements.
