  1. Which Type of Totino’s Pizza do 3rd Graders Prefer?

  2. Purpose The reason we are doing this project is because we like pizza and we want to know which pizza is the best. Hypothesis One person thinks that the Canadian Bacon and Ground Pork will be the best because it was a newer type that some people may have never tried before. Two people think that Cheese will be the best because it’s stringy and people have tried it before.

  3. The Materials • One Totino's Cheese pizza • One Totino's Pepperoni pizza • One Totino’s Canadian Bacon and Ground Pork pizza • One pizza cutter • 13 paper plates • oven • cooking sheet • one data table

  4. The Procedures • We asked the cooks to cook the Totino’s pizza. • Then the teacher cut the pizzas into thirteen pieces. • Then we passed out the plates. • Next we gave the class a slice of each pizza. • Then the class ate each piece. • Then we asked the class which Totino’s pizza was the best. • We recorded their votes on our data table.

  5. Observations The cooked pizzas Some of our classmates eating the pizza

  6. Results

  7. Conclusion The reason our experiment turned out this way was because they haven’t ever had that type of pizza and they liked the new flavor. One person in the group was right and two people in the group were wrong. If we were to do this experiment again, we would see which type of pizza was the messiest, we would change the brand of pizza we used, or we would use homemade pizza.

  8. Acknowledgements We would like to thank our parents for buying our pizzas, the cooks for cooking our pizzas for us, and our class for being the taste testers.
