  2. Proper format of a paragraph The last page of your syllabus shows a paragraph with correct format. Take it out now. • Name, class & date at top right • Double space • Font size: 12 • Indented (use the Tab key above Caps Lock) • Title: Centered, important words capitalized

  3. Incorrectly formatted paragraph Open the “Incorrectly formatted paragraph” from the ESL 403 homepage. • Fix the formatting of the paragraph • Raise your hand when you think you are finished. • Remember the 5 items to fix. • Indented (use the Tab key above Caps Lock) • Save your work to your flash drive.

  4. When you are typing your paragraphs this semester, if you forget how to format properly, please look at your syllabus and/or ask the ESL 403 staff.
