Total 130 Points • 7 Components • Sharing information and/or technology resources, and mentoring other schools, including other BEST teams (15) • Presentations and robot demonstrations to other schools and community groups (15) • Publicity generated within the school and within the community about BEST (15) Exhibit

  4. Fund raising and/or sponsorship efforts (15) • Use of technology, display models or boards, or multi-media at exhibit in promotion of BEST (20) • Creativity in incorporating game theme into design and presentation of exhibit (40) • Compliance with specifications (10) Exhibit (cont.)

Total 70 Points • 3 Components • Evidence of students’ enthusiasm, learning experience, and understanding of the game theme (20) • Evidence that recruitment efforts for this team included multiple grade levels and students from a cross-section of the school population (10) • Evidence that students were the primary designers and builders of robot (40) Interviews
