  4. APPLICATION INFORMATION DOWNLOADED ELECTRONICALLY FROM REGISTRATION DATABASE. • DISTANCE AND PERCENTAGE INFORMATION PULLED INTO AUDIT FROM REGISTRATION DATABASE.

  5. AUDIT ASSIGNED • DATA SENT TO AUDITORS LAPTOP. • AUDITOR IMPORTS DATA. • SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY SENDS REGISTRANT AN AUDIT NOTICE LETTER.

  6. AUDIT CONDUCTED • CONFIRMATION (OVERVIEW OF AUDIT) COMPLETED IN WORD. • EXCELDOCUMENT UTILIZED FOR DOCUMENTING RESULTS OF TESTING. • ACCESS USED TO INPUT DISTANCE AND CALCULATE. • MILEAGE SOFTWARE USED TO TEST TRIPS.

  7. AUDITOR EXPORTS AUDIT RESULTS TO AUDIT OFFICE. • AUDIT REVIEWED AND PROCESSED. • SHARED DRIVE FOLDERS UTILIZED FOR WORD AND EXCEL DOCUMENTS.
