  1. “The breaking open of the bread of our lives”

  2. In the name of all that is by Jan Novotka All sing:In the name of all that is we come together.

  3. In the name of the stars and galaxies; in the name of the planets, moons and the sun; in the name of all that is we come.

  4. In the name of all that is we come together. In the name of the ocean and the sea; in the name of the mountain, desert and plain; in the name of all that is we come.

  5. In the name of all that is we come together. In the name of the buffalo and bear; In the name of the turtle, eagle and whale; in the name of all that is we come.

  6. In the name of all that is we come together. In the name of the cactus and the fern; In the name of the flower, tree and the herb; in the name of all that is we come.

  7. In the name of all that is we come together. In the name of the elements of life; In the name of the soil, water and air; in the name of all that is we come.

  8. In the name of all that is we come together. In the name of the children of earth; In the name of the Spirit breathing in all things; in the name of all that is we come.

  9. Optimism More and more I have come to admire resilience. Not the simple resistance of a pillow, whose foamreturns over and over to the same shape, but the sinuoustenacity of a tree: finding the light newly blocked on one side,it turns in another. A blind intelligence, true. But out of such persistence arose turtles, rivers, mitochondria, figs -- all this resinous, unretractable earth. ~ Jane Hirshfield~ (Given Sugar, Given Salt)

  10. Reflection: What am I most grateful for? What am I most thankful for? What is most empowering? What am I most challenged by? How am I the leaven in the bread? How can I make a difference in our world? I am part of the tree of life.

  11. Hearts on Fire by Jan Novotka Hearts wide open! Sacred Fire inside! Burning within from the dawn of all time; we bear the Flame Divine! Hearts wide open! Sacred Fire inside! Presence of love we are for all the world, like a lantern in the night! Open hearts on fire! Burning bright! Sacred Fire! Love alive!

  12. Into the dark a light went forth, a light which transformed night to day. This light lives on! Our eyes now see! Behold! Communion in our midst!

  13. Embrace the poor. Embrace the world. Embrace the Earth with humble hearts. Live as Love! Live in Truth! With hearts on fire go out to all!
