  5. Being in the Now… Clear perception of: Your personality Strengths and Development Opportunities Thoughts Beliefs Motivations Emotions And…understanding others

  7. Being in the Now… We must change the way we interpret the world Controlling emotions and maintaining balance in constantly shifting world

  10. Doing what makes you strong Important quotient to memorize: Skill + Desire = Capacity

  11. Making observations What caught your eye? Why? Did that quote resonate with you? Why? That person was extremely nice…what could have caused that? This process or service seems slow, why is that?

  12. “Present” People Make a list of who those people are: Friends Family members Mentors Neighbors Virtual Celebrity Thought Leaders

  13. To achieve a life more “in the now…” Intentional Pausing and Reflecting Defining your success Doing what makes you strong Tell your story Be observant Ask questions Surround yourself with mindful people Take opportunities to have fun and relax!
