  1. What Is Enlightenment? When we say enlightenment, it’s not the end. It’s the beginning of living.

  2. Enlightenment in yoga signifies awakened consciousness and a transformative perception of the world. It involves perceiving life as a harmonious melody rather than a constant struggle, refraining from seeking conflict, and recognizing it as non-existent.

  3. Understanding Action, Illusion, and Self-Identification in the Yogic Tradition According to the yogic tradition, all fighting is an illusion, and so is all action. The result is already there, but action must be taken to experience it. However, the idea of "me and mine" can hinder enlightenment. It causes stress and turns gifts in life into obstacles. To let go of this hindrance, one must identify with the truth of the self, not with a linear, time-bound entity.

  4. Dwapara Yuga's Enlightened State: Engaged, Detached, Celebrating Truth In a Dwapara yuga, an individual who is awake is in all worlds together. They are inside totally detached but outside engaged, celebrating. The absolute state of detachment arises from a place of cognition of truth, not from effort. When the truth is seen, all fear ends.

  5. Embracing the Truth of Our True Self: Transcending Fear and Finding Liberation Many of us try to suppress the constant fear of loss and anxiety through escape mechanisms, seeking security, validation, or anything to distract from it. But to escape the fear at the core of our violence, we must know the truth of our true self always present. Then we realize there is nothing to lose, nothing at all.

  6. Krishna: A Symbol of Awakened Consciousness in Yogic Tradition Krishna symbolizes awakened consciousness in yoga. It represents higher states of consciousness experienced by those awakening. Understanding enlightenment requires considering its yogic significance and offering practical guidance for seekers. Historical context and examples from other traditions enhance the discussion.
