6. Core Training Program • We will suggest a preferred technology specialization to students based on following metrics. • Written test on technology, aptitude, mathematical, communication and psychometric questions. • Interest of student • One to One discussion IT Recruitment | HR consultant | Training & Placement

7. Capability Metrics and Technology Choice • This core training program is intended to make students ready to be absorbed in Job Market and be productive right from day one. They will not need to be trained again on the specific technology by the company they join. • We will permanently allocated a dedicated trained professional on each technology for the students. 8. We will give 45 days of training to students on selected technologies at Evision premise. • We will give periodic notes and assignments to students using WhatsApp, email and other communication channels and will constantly monitor the progress. • Every Sunday we will impart training on LIVE Project • Provide feedback on assignments • Conduct tests to evaluate the progress of students. 9. Interview Preparation • This will enable the students to be prepared in advance for the oncoming interviews and campus placements. • We will help students to frame their resume in a professional way. 10. Campus Placement • After the last semester exam we will call companies for campus placement, for the enrolled students.
