  1. Neck and Shoulder Pain Our shoulder is a ball and socket joint with a huge range of movement. The real scenario we face is like that, patients are fatigued with symptoms like difficulty in moving the head, headaches, and tightness and muscle spasms including bad pain. Some are too much bothered with pain that they ask, "why does my shoulder hurt me so much?"  Currently, one-third of people are suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain with some unknown reasons. Most of the patients who come to us they sound like "I'm undone with my pain, disturbed with it but really far off from the exact reason."  Expert therapists of Spineapplewith years of medical training in movement analysis are proficient to determine what the exact source of your pain is!.

  2. Wellness Program People always think that it is too difficult to stick to their exercise routine after completion of physical therapy. And for this, the risk of re-injury increases. Though health and well-being are a critical part of quality life yet we have designed programs to give the patient's gift back their past life. Preventing re-injury is one of our important goals. • Spineapple therapists always treat their patients 1-ON-1. • We do not share your allocated time with other patients and you get the MAXIMUM ATTENTION you deserve. • Physical Therapy at your CONVENIENT place and time.

  3. What means "Ergonomics"? Roughly translated, "ergonomics" is a Greek word that refers to "fitting a job to the person." In modern practice, the term has come to encompass the science and art of helping people to use the beneficial tools in their life. These are designed more efficiently in order to prevent injury as well as chronic physical problems. Those "tools" can range from literal implements such a laptop or a hammer, to larger types of equipment you rely on in order to function in your daily life, including your chair desk and even sometimes your car. An ergonomics specialist determines whether workplace requirements and home responsibilities are physically suited to individual patients or not, and if not then what should be done about that.

  4. What's meant by trigger point therapy? You'll have detected of trigger point therapy before as "myofascial release." Physical therapists trained during this style of therapeutic technique use light, targeted, manual pressure and massage to alleviate stiffness and tension along with your facia, which regularly contributes to pain and discomfort. Fascial tissue is sort of a skinny fibrous sheath covering your muscles, joints, and different structures. The facia protects and connects these structures and helps muscles and joints move swimmingly and effectively. Normally, fascial tissue is elastic and pliable. If stress or harm to the facia or underlying structures happens (often injury, poor posture, repetitive movement, or poor nutrition/hydration), then the facia might lose its snap insure areas.  What are trigger points, exactly? If you've ever had a "knot" in your muscle, then you've got a decent plan of what a trigger purpose is. Primarily, a trigger purpose is a district of excessive tension and/or spasm at intervals a muscle and its associated connective tissues.
