  1. Information You Must Add To My Health Record We all are aware of having sufficient medical information in our personal My Health Record, but have we filled in the most required details? Let's imagine that your Health Record executively has many labels and manages records. We need some way to track all medical records, what are the upcoming events, who are the doctors we consulted, and what treatments we have undergone? What current medication do we take? Latest test and reports and contact information. My Health Record is the online summary of health information maintained in digital format. With this tool, patients can add, manage, store, replace and share information with doctors, hospitals, and other health care facilities required. 1.Contact Numbers and Emergency Contact Details  We usually don’t think of an emergency, especially not when it comes to youngsters. For this reason, My Health Record requires the user to fill in emergency contact information and verifies with OTP codes.  Patients spend a lot of time seeing doctors and often regularly, but they forget to get the contact information of doctors. During accidents and medical emergencies, people can call family members to inform them about the patient's condition. 2.Current Medications  Patients should have a current medication list with them all the time, carrying medical charts is not possible daily. With My Health Record, all details of treatment are mentioned. So during an emergency, adverse effects can be eliminated.  When a patient is admitted to an emergency unit unexpectedly they cannot tell doctors about previous and current medication. During this time, medical staff can access their My Health Record to know the required information.
