  1. Surprising Fat-Loss Secrets When you think about exercise, what comes to mind? Do you imagine having to join a gym? Running 5K, 10K races? Are you imagining yourself out of breath and struggling to finish? When you think of doing any of form of exercise, do you see yourself doing them? Or is exercise only other people? If you don't drink this much water, make a change now and get yourself working in a positive direction. In addition to that, they are also chock full of good carbohydrates and sugars. This means that they provide a great source of energy which is vital to any weight loss program. Also, the sugars help to regulate insulin levels which helps to lessen instances of diabetes which is often associated with obesity.
