4. Click the “Subscriber Login” button in the top right corner Lanoka Harbor Emergency Medical Services

5. Enter “Agency Name” (LHEMS) “Member User Name” and “Password” (Later two provided after membership application approval) in appropriate fields. Then click “Login” Lanoka Harbor Emergency Medical Services

6. Mouse over “Schedule” until dropdown box appears. Click on “Scheduling” Lanoka Harbor Emergency Medical Services

7. Ensure your name is selected in top right box. Enter shift information (On duty location, On duty for, Start/end time and Start/end date). Check box if you would like your shift to repeat. Click “Enter” after all fields have been filled Lanoka Harbor Emergency Medical Services

8. Ensure your new shift appears in the “Scheduled Shifts” area Lanoka Harbor Emergency Medical Services

9. After being paged, responding members call into the I Am Responding system, at 1 (866) 702-0274 and are shown in the “Now Responding” area with rank, location responding to, and time of call/eta to destination Lanoka Harbor Emergency Medical Services

10. After the call, members can click “Clear ‘Now Responding’” to clear all names in the “Now Responding” field Lanoka Harbor Emergency Medical Services
